Sundance Ranch is set on 180 acres of breathtaking landscape, offering expansive views of the Adirondack Mountains and a serene, natural backdrop for every wedding celebration. As the day unfolds, couples and their guests can enjoy stunning sunsets that paint the horizon with warm, romantic hues. CEREMONY SITE

Our ceremony site is set against the stunning natural backdrop of rolling hills and mountain views, offering a serene and intimate space to exchange vows. Surrounded by open skies and lush greenery, it creates a picture-perfect setting that feels both timeless and personal, letting couples focus on the magic of the moment.

We provide enough benches to comfortably seat up to 200 guests, all thoughtfully arranged and set up on the day of the wedding. The layout is designed for both elegance and ease, ensuring that every vow, glance, and promise is shared in a space that feels effortless, beautiful, and unforgettable.

THE FARMHOUSE

Our 6,500 SF farmhouse offers a spacious, comfortable retreat for couples to prepare and relax before their big day. Designed to accommodate both partners, the space provides a calming environment to get ready, share quiet moments, and enjoy the excitement of the day in comfort and privacy.

With thoughtfully designed interiors, ample natural light, and plenty of room for hair, makeup, and wardrobe preparations, the farmhouse creates an elevated experience that helps couples feel calm, collected, and ready to celebrate. It’s the perfect complement to a day filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

COCKTAIL HOUR

Cocktail hour takes place under our covered patio, offering a relaxed and inviting space for guests to mingle and enjoy the view. Comfortable patio furniture, Adirondack chairs, and five rustic wooden cocktail tables create the perfect setting to sip drinks, soak in the mountain vistas, and enjoy a few quiet moments before the celebration begins. The surrounding lawn provides plenty of room for lawn games or casual gathering, adding a playful and carefree element to the day.

 

When cocktail hour concludes, the barn’s garage doors open, seamlessly welcoming guests inside to begin the reception. This effortless flow ensures that every moment — from mingling and laughter to the first dances — feels natural, comfortable, and designed for memorable experiences.

THE BARN

Our climate-controlled, modern rustic barn blends charm and comfort, creating the perfect setting for unforgettable wedding receptions. With warm wood tones, open space, and thoughtful design, it provides an inviting backdrop that feels both elegant and relaxed, allowing couples and their guests to focus on celebrating each special moment.

 

The barn comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests and includes 23 rustic wooden tables and 200 crossback resin chairs with a natural wood grain finish, creating a cohesive, stylish look for the reception. Onsite bathrooms and thoughtful layout ensure convenience throughout the day, while climate control keeps everyone comfortable. Every detail has been considered to make hosting effortless, so couples can enjoy their celebration without worrying about logistics.
