About Our Family & Our Legacy
Hi, we’re Maria and Sara!
We grew up in Queensbury, NY, and spent many weekends and holidays at our grandfather’s farmhouse in Lake Luzerne. Those visits were full of exploring the trails, riding the horses out back, and celebrating with our extended family. The farmhouse and surrounding property quickly became a place of memories, laughter, and family connection that has stayed with us ever since.
Years later, our grandfather entrusted us with the property, giving us the opportunity to turn it into something new while honoring its history. We dreamed of creating a wedding venue where couples could make their own memories, surrounded by the same mountains, trees, and open skies that shaped our family gatherings.
Today, Sundance Ranch blends rustic charm with breathtaking natural beauty. From exchanging vows under the open sky to celebrating in the barn or dancing beneath the stars, every wedding feels personal, joyful, and stress-free. As a family-run venue, we’re with you every step of the way — from your first tour to your final send-off — making sure your day is everything you imagined, and more.
